We are a team of SERMONIZING EVANGELIST.  Sermonizing means to give exhortation (spark) to the embers within us. We plant the seeds and watch God carry out his plans for your life. 

1 Corinthians 3:6-9 says We each carried out our servant assignment. I planted the seed, Apollos watered the plants, but God made you grow. It’s not the one who plants or the one who waters who is at the center of this process but God, who makes things grow

We are a team with a PASSION FOR PRAYER & EXCELLENCE. For us, Prayer and Excellence are a way of life.  We seek to follow the Lord in all that we do. While some teams strive for perfectionism, which is a man's focus on the outcome, we strive for excellence which is a focus on the process. We are always looking for ways to improve not only individually but as a whole. You don't have to look very far to find self-motivated and disciplined individuals working for a common goal.

We are a team of AUTHENTIC truth-centered living people.  We serve with passion and authenticity. We are true to our own personalities, beliefs, and spirit, regardless of the pressure that we are under to act otherwise.

John 3:21 God-light streamed into the world, but men and women everywhere ran for the darkness. They went for the darkness because they were not really interested in pleasing God. Everyone who makes a practice of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion, hates God-light and won’t come near it, fearing a painful exposure. But anyone working and living in truth and reality welcomes God-light so the work can be seen for the God-work it is

We are a team of RADIANCE as if emanating light. We act and speak as children of the light (God) and radiate his love, compassion, and teachings. 

Habakkuk 3:4 His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, And there is the hiding of His power.

We are a team that KINDLE'S the world with tools and resources to see the embers inside of them. We fan the embers that are inside of each and every one of us to spark a fire of rebuilding and rejuvenation. It is our hope that if one's fire is sparked that they too would then kindle and fan another's embers setting fires all over the world for the kingdom of GOD.

We are a team that is LOYAL to the mission and to God. We are faithfully committed and united to stand up for what we believe in without wavering.

We are a team that serves earnestly in an INSPIRATIONAL work environment.  Inspiration is a translation of the Greek word theopneustos. Theopneustos literally means “God-breathed". We believe the word is God-breathed and we are committed to bringing the truth to those around the world to show what it's like to be on fire for the Lord.

We are a team that is committed to learning and GROWING the company, others, and individually. We believe the journey of personal growth is endless and is vital to moving us forward as a company.

We are a team full of THANKFULNESS. We know that all we do comes from God who is the source of our supply. We show our thankfulness to God and one another in all that we do.
